What you'll need
Three things, and you probably have two already.
- A Shopify store. Syncio runs inside it.
- The free Syncio app. Get it from the Shopify App Store.
- Your connection key. We email it once your wholesale account is approved.

Four quick steps
From install to live listings.
Install Syncio
Find it in the Shopify App Store. When it asks, choose Destination Store.
Connect to us
Go to Stores → Connect new store → Unique Key, and paste the key from our email.
Connection key, private key and Unique Key all mean the same thing.
Pick your pieces
Once you're connected, we open our in-stock collection to you. Browse it under Products and tap Sync on the pieces you like.
Price and publish
Your picks arrive in Shopify at our wholesale price. Add your markup and go live.
It's off already. That way your markup always stays put.
What syncs, and when
Only stock keeps updating. Everything else is yours after the first sync.
If a piece sells out here, it drops to zero on your store too.
Copied when you sync. After that they're yours to edit.
Never overwritten while Price Sync stays off.
Pricing
How our wholesale prices work with your store.
When our prices change
Wholesale prices are set per style, based on our most recent import of it, and typically change every 3–4 months. When they do, we email you a CSV with each SKU, product title, old price, new price and the date the change takes effect.
Match on SKU, then update your prices in Shopify's bulk editor.
Why some pieces show $0
Out-of-stock pieces are quoted on request, since their price depends on the restock cost.
- Showcasing one? Set your own price or "contact for price".
- Customer interested? Send us the SKU for a quote.
- Restocked styles come in our price-update CSV.

Nothing from us. Syncio bills its own plans.

Where do I get the connection key?
We email it once your wholesale account is approved. Already approved and can't find it? Email us and we'll resend it.
Will my prices change on their own?
No. Only stock updates automatically. Your prices stay as you set them.
Do products resync every day?
Stock syncs in real time, all day. Photos, titles, descriptions and price are copied once, when you sync.
How will I hear about price changes?
We email a simple CSV with the SKU, old price and new price, usually every 3–4 months.
Already bought a piece and just want the photos?
Sync it, then choose Unsync → Unsync and keep. The listing stays, and the stock is yours to manage.
Can I edit titles and descriptions?
Yes, and your edits stay. Just keep the SKU the same, since that's how Syncio links your listing to ours.
Something not syncing?
It's usually a changed SKU. Syncio's Activity Center shows the reason, or send us the SKU and we'll sort it out.
Why don't I see every piece?
We share our in-stock collection through Syncio. Looking for something else? We make custom pieces, CAD to finish. Just ask.
Taking a break from syncing?
When you disconnect in Syncio, choose the option that keeps your products and stock, so your listings stay as they are.
